Lift & Sculpt: 90 Minutes*

Advanced Lift + Sculpt is a practitioner-led face, head and neck treatment designed to create visible lift, sculpting, and refined facial contours — without machines, injectables, or force. 

Through advanced hands-on massage, the practitioner works with the deep muscles and fascia of the face, jaw, neck, and scalp, releasing holding patterns that restrict lift, soften definition, and contribute to facial tension and asymmetry. Where appropriate, precise intra-oral (buccal) techniques are used to access deep facial structures from inside the mouth, supporting greater mobility, balance, and contour. 

Slow, intentional touch across the face, scalp, and neck encourages circulation, lymphatic flow, and nervous-system regulation, guiding tissues back toward ease so the face lifts naturally through relaxation rather than effort. Gentle facial cupping and gua sha are used as extensions of the hands to refine shape and support the longevity of results.
