Batik Workshop: Design, Dye & Create

Explore the vibrant art of batik in this hands-on workshop for adults. Participants will learn the traditional wax-resist technique to create unique patterns on fabric, combining creativity with craftsmanship. You’ll experiment with wax application, layering, and dyeing to produce richly coloured, intricate designs that are completely your own.

This workshop encourages both artistic expression and attention to detail, guiding you step by step through the process while allowing room for experimentation. By the end of the session, each participant will leave with a finished batik piece and the skills to continue creating at home, whether for decorative textiles, scarves, or wall art.

All materials provided. No prior experience required.
