Start your day with intention through this gentle yet energising class that blends intuitive movement with conscious breathing. Designed to awaken the body and clear the mind, you’ll move through flowing stretches, grounding postures, and guided breathwork to release tension and boost vitality.
Led by one of our expert teachers, each with a unique blend of skills drawn from Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Fitness, and Functional Breathwork, no two sessions are exactly the same but every class is crafted to leave you feeling centred, refreshed, and ready for the day.
