A back-to-nature spa experience inspired by Nordic thermal therapies.
Amongst fragrant herbs, flowers and fresh Cornish air, awaken your senses through the simple, sharp contrast of hot and cold. Journey through seven stages: a dry salt scrub, warm shower, cedarwood sauna, cold bucket drench, outdoor hot tubs, seaweed scrub and fireside rest with a warm foot soak and herbal tea. From soothing warmth to exhilarating cold, discover that moment of clarity when your body feels most alive.
Please note the Sensory Spa Garden is a communal experience.
The Spa Garden is available for guests staying overnight at Bedruthan only, if you would like to enjoy it as a day guest please take a look at our Spa Days
Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome to use the spa garden with an adult.
Can be adapted to be pregnancy friendly (from 13 weeks onwards) - please make us aware at the time of booking.
